Otter Avenue launched online, social, and retail locations in July 2025. It's Carter’s first brand created specifically with toddlers in mind and inspired by the real-life needs of parents. It combines modern, trend-forward silhouettes with soft, comfy fabrics and smart design details, all at an attainable price.
As part of the Carter’s production art team, I translated creative direction into scalable, production-ready products across multiple seasonal lines. Collaboration with print/graphic/product design and costing teams. My focus was on color accuracy, garment technique precision, and system consistency across 150+ SKUs. I improved consistency with international vendors and created a product labeling SOP to streamline a uniform finished look across multiple brands like Carter’s Baby Seasonal, Collections, and Otter Avenue.
