Boxercraft is an apparel brand known for its casual, collegiate-inspired spirit wear and loungewear. The brand’s core focus is creating comfortable, high-quality garments that reflect individuality and school pride.
As part of the Boxercraft production art team, I helped bring seasonal apparel designs to life through detailed artwork, precise technical preparation, and cross-department collaboration. My work supported embroidery, rhinestone, screen print, and direct-to-garment applications — ensuring each design translated seamlessly from concept to finished product.
I advanced from Production Artist to Senior Production Artist, leading outsourced teams, establishing quality checkpoints, and maintaining color accuracy across a wide range of SKUs. I also developed training materials and artist assessments that streamlined onboarding and strengthened overall workflow consistency between on-site and offsite teams.
